Morgan M. Robertson, Attorney at Law

Morgan M. Robertson

Morgan M. Robertson, born in Athens, Georgia, November 24, 1947, is a graduate of the University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee (B.A., 1969), and the University of Georgia School of Law (J.D., 1974). He is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and the Fiduciary Affairs Section of the Georgia State Bar. He has over thirty five years of experience in the practice of law, and has handled hundreds of litigation matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He is a licensed mediator, and now concentrates in the areas of wills and probate, real estate, contract, and other transactional matters. He also handles a majority of the firm’s litigation in these areas.

Keith D. Bodoh, Attorney at Law

Keith D. Bodoh

Keith D. Bodoh was born in Dearborn, Michigan, attended both Georgia Southern University and the University of Georgia (B.S., 1992), and took his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law (J.D., 1995). While attending law school, he was an Editorial Board member, Articles Editor, and published contributing author on the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Keith was also a student prosecutor for the Alcovy Judicial Circuit in Covington, Georgia.

Mathew G. Nasrallah, Attorney at Law

Mathew G. Nasrallah

Mathew G. Nasrallah, born in Tampa, Florida, is a graduate of Florida State University (B.S., 1987) and University of Georgia School of Law (J.D. cum laude, 1993). He is licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia and is admitted to practice in all Federal and State Courts in Georgia and Florida. Mr. Nasrallah’s primary areas of practice are civil trial work, personal injury and wrongful death cases, insurance coverage disputes, contract and commercial disputes, boating accidents, and maritime and admiralty law. For example a large part of his practice over the past 15 years has been devoted to cases involving automobile and trucking accidents, insurance bad faith, pleasure boat and scuba diving accidents, injuries on construction sites, daycare abuse and molestations, and representation of victims of violent crimes including rape and child molestation.
