Mathew G. Nasrallah, born in Tampa, Florida, is a graduate of Florida State University (B.S., 1987) and University of Georgia School of Law (J.D. cum laude, 1993). He is licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia, and is admitted to practice in all Federal and State Courts in Georgia and Florida. Mr. Nasrallah's primary areas of practice are civil trial work, personal injury and wrongful death cases, insurance coverage disputes, contract and commercial disputes, auto, trucking and boating accidents, civil cases for victims of criminal assault, and child daycare injuries and abuse. A large part of his practice over the last 20 years has been devoted to cases involving death or serious injuries from automobile and trucking accidents, insurance bad faith, business litigation, pleasure boat and scuba diving accidents, injuries on construction sites, daycare injuries, criminal assaults and molestations of children at churches, camps, and schools, and representation of victims of other violent crimes.
Mr. Nasrallah has extensive experience in all phases of federal and state trial practice, appellate practice, and pretrial mediation. He is a member of the Georgia Bar, the Florida Bar, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Cobb County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Maritime Law Association of the United States, the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute, and the Christian Legal Society. As the Chairman of the Amicus Committee for the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (2004-2008) and a member of that committee since 1998, Matt has been involved in dozens of personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance coverage cases in the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Matt is a past President of the Cobb County Trial Lawyers Association, and has served on the Board of Trustees for the Cobb County Bar Association. Matt presently serves on the State Bar of Georgia Legislative and Bench and Bar Committees.
Matt has five children - four boys and a girl. He lives in Marietta, Georgia with his wife, Angie, of Jacksonville, Florida and their children. They are the love of his life. Matt also serves at St. Basil’s Orthodox Church in Marietta. On occasion, he gets to hunt, hike and fish, and tinker with his wooden boats.
